1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using ZENZIA ("the Platform", accessible at https://zenzia.in), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the application.

2. Service Description

ZENZIA is a unified Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Revenue Operations software suite that provides pipeline management, Official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API integration, Google Sheets 2-way synchronization, project milestone tracking, and invoicing.

3. Google Workspace & Gmail Integrations

When you connect your Google account with ZENZIA via Google OAuth and the Gmail API:

You authorize ZENZIA to send outbound emails on your behalf to your prospective client leads solely in response to your explicit manual actions or configured sequence cadences.
You agree to comply with Google's Acceptable Use Policies and anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR). You shall not use ZENZIA's Gmail integration for mass spamming or fraudulent campaigns.
ZENZIA does not read, parse, or store your incoming inbox messages.
You may revoke ZENZIA's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account Security Permissions.

4. Meta / Facebook Integrations

If you integrate your Meta accounts or WhatsApp Business API with ZENZIA, you agree to comply with all applicable Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You are solely responsible for ensuring lawful consent from contacts whose data is ingested into your ZENZIA CRM pipeline.

5. User Data Ownership

You retain full, exclusive ownership of all leads, contacts, customer notes, and business data stored in your ZENZIA organization. ZENZIA will never sell, lease, or monetize your business or customer records.
